IFC, launched in 1994, needed an identity overhaul, including a new logo, site, marketing materials as well as motion graphics, interstitial, and bumpers for its on-air packaging. The off-kilter, boneheaded banality was developed around the tag line/mantra, “Always on. Slightly off.”
